Classes (2 hours) take place on a gentle slope, ideal for the first day of skiing (Gigant, Nosal). You will learn the basics of skiing:
Putting on and taking off ski boots, properly carrying skis, putting on and taking off skis on the slopes, walking uphill on skis, learning to rotate on skis, how to safely fall down on skis and techniques for getting up after falling, snowplough braking, basic turns from a plough or half-plough, learning to ride a T-bar lift.
Classes (2 hours) take place on a slope with at least two runs – one with a gentle slope and one with a slightly steeper slope (Nosal, Polana Biały Potok).
You will work on improving the skills you learned on the first day of ski lessons through a set of various exercises, learning the basics of parallel turns (skis shoulder width apart), braking using a parallel turn – turning stop.
Classes (2 hours) take place on a slope with a minimum length of 1,000 metres, which students reach using a chair lift, on an easy route with some steeper parts (Witów, Szymaszkowa, Małe Ciche).
You will work on improving the skills you learned during the second day of ski lessons. Riding parallel with elements of carving. Short turn exercises.

Classes (3 hours) take place at a ski resort with a dozen different trails for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers (Białka Tatrzańska).
You will work on improving all of the skiing techniques that are used on gentle and steep slopes. Summary and core of the ski course. You will learn and practice exercises for carving (riding on the edges of your skis).

Classes (2 hours) take place on a slope with a minimum length of 1,000 metres, which students reach using a chair lift, on an easy route with some steeper parts (Witów Ski Centre, Szymaszkowa Ski Centre, Małe Ciche Ski Centre).
Parallel skiing with elements of carving. Exercises for short turns. A wide selection of exercises that will allow students to learn the most important facets of skiing technique.
Classes (2 hours) take place on a slope for intermediate and advanced skiers. Red and black trails with a length of about 1,000 metres (Harenda Ski Centre).
Improving different types of parallel turn techniques (carving, short turns). Learning to ski on ice and moguls.
* Lessons for groups of 1 – 4 people are run by ONE Instructor.
* Lessons for groups of 5 – 8 people are run by TWO Instructors.
Classes (2 hours) take place on a slope for intermediate and advanced skiiers. Red and black trails with a length of about 1,000 metres (Harenda Ski Centre).
Improving different types of parallel turn techniques (carving, short turns). Learning to ski on ice and moguls. The instructor will assess and review the student's technical skills before the training on Kasprowy Wierch.
Classes (4 hours) take place on black and red trails (Kasprowy Wierch). Kasprowy the most popular ski slope in Poland!
The course consists of lessons for expert skiers who want to ensure they are using the best techniques under the guidance of an instructor. These include: carving turns with different radii, short turns, skiing over ice and moguls, basic sport techniques.

Classes take place at a ski resort with a dozen different trails for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers (Białka Tatrzańska).

Intermediate: Parallel skiing with elements of carving. Exercises for short turns. A wide selection of exercises that will allow students to learn the most important facets of skiing technique.
Additional information about the courses:
- Price includes: Ski lessons, transportation from Zakopane to the ski slope and the back, help with ski equipment hire.
- Price does not include: ski hire, lift passes, insurance, any meals or beverages.
- Pricing applies to consecutive lessons with a single instructor on a given day.
- Ski lessons start when students begin their warm-up.
